UKSMA Open Day, 3rd November 2017

The purpose of this open day is to explain to prospective members what UKSMA does, how it is managed and how it provides members with the opportunity to collaborate on software measurement projects.

As an example we will have a short Tutorial/Workshop focusing on the use of measurement to manage contract conformance and incremental project delivery. The difference between size measures based on assessment generally in use, and objective size measures will be discussed and how they can be used with existing Agile reports and charts.

This workshops was aimed at familiarising the software community with UKSMA's “Defect Measurement and Analysis Handbook”. It explored issues relating to prioritisation and goal-oriented measurement methods.
