The Union Jack Club, Waterloo, London

The Conference and Tutorials wil be held at The Union Jack Club, Waterloo, London. The Union Jack Club is ideally situated as a conference venue, easy to reach by rail and underground, and close to the major attractions London has to offer.

Use of the Club is restricted to Members of the Club. UKSMA has arranged temporary membership for Conference and Tutorial attendees. You will need to produce proof of identity when entering the Club.

Overnight Accommodation

The club is a member-only organization as far as accommodation is concerned, (military mainly), however UKSMA conference attendees will be given Temporary Honoury Membership (THM), so you can stay overnight.

Reservation must be made on-line at Union Jack Club Website. When making the reservation. Put the following statement in the comments box.

Security

On entering the Club you will be required to show proof of identity at the security desk. This will be used to confirm that you are an attendee.
